Push plate mold

For some deep or thin-walled plastic parts, such as shells, containers, and cylindrical plastic parts, as well as some complex shaped plastic parts, it is not allowed to have traces of top rod ejection. A push plate can be used to demold and eject, and its structural form is to install a top plate with the same shape as the root of the core, but sliding and matching with it. When ejected, the top plate moves parallel to the core, pushing the plastic part out in parallel.

Oblique guide mold

Suitable for forming plastic parts with large pulling distance and small pulling force, it is the most commonly used side core pulling mechanism in core pulling mechanisms. It has a simple structure, convenient processing, safety and reliability, and the inclined guide pillar forms a certain angle with the mold opening direction. Under the action of the mold opening force, the inclined guide pillar and the slider material hole move relative to each other, thus completing the side core pulling action.

Inclined top mold

Hot runner mold

A hot runner is usually a hot runner plate added to the mold, with multiple branch heaters inserted into the hot runner plate to maintain a stable temperature. The molten material in the main flow channel and splitter channel set on the hot runner plate always remains in a molten state. The hot runner plate is insulated with insulation materials (such as asbestos board) or air gaps with other parts of the mold. Adapted to large-scale, high-precision plastic parts, with no waste processing in reality, high degree of automation, can achieve unmanned management, and high overall efficiency.

Drawing die

A mold is used to make the sheet metal into a hollow working mold, which is equipped with an edge pressing device. Before deep drawing, the blank is placed on the edge pressing ring to rely on external positioning. After deep drawing, the stamped part is lifted out of the convex mold, and neither the convex nor concave molds have an ejection structure. It is selected for the first drawing.

This mold adopts a spring-loaded guide plate mold frame, and there is a gap fit between the convex mold and the fixed plate of the convex mold.
