Yantai University is a key comprehensive university under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province. Located in Laishan District, Yantai, it was founded in July 1984. Under the care and guidance of Comrade Wan Li, former Vice Premier of the State Council, and Comrade Zhang Chengxian, Honorary President, and with special approval from the former National Education Commission, Peking University and Tsinghua University jointly selected teaching, scientific research, and management backbone to assist in construction, and included supporting Yantai University in the long-term work plan. In 1990, the "Peking University" and "Tsinghua University" Support Committee for the Construction of Yantai University was established, which regularly studied and guided the teaching, scientific research, discipline construction, and reform and development of Yantai University, giving it a high starting point and high-level development.
The successful completion of this laboratory acceptance is inseparable from the long-term care and guidance of the school leaders and experts towards Bairui, and we also appreciate the support and cooperation of various units.
